Band Fees

Band Fees for the 2017-2018 Marching Season are $450 for marching band members and $100 for fall sport participants with the following additional fees:
Uniform maintenance $20 per semester (appears on book rental)
Instrument rental $20 for school owned instruments
Percussion fee $20 per year

The fees will be billed in four installments
June 9, 2017 - $150 (for marching band students)
Aug. 14, 2017 - $150 (for marching band students) Oct. 6, 2017 - $100 (for marching band students)
or $50 (for fall athletes) Feb. 2, 2018 - $50 for all band students

NOTE: 8th Grade marching students do not pay the February 2nd payment for a total of $400.

Marching Band Fees Cover

1. Show design
a. Drill
b. Flag design
c. Uniform design
d. Guard work
2. Show music
3. Materials for marching show (props, stages, etc.)
4. Color Guard sponsor and staff
5. Color Guard costumes and equipment (flags, rifles, etc.)
6. Staff hired to help with marching show
7. Contest entry fees
8. Transportation of equipment to contests
9. Semi expenses and maintenance costs
10. Uniforms (purchased every 10 years)
11. Band Camp
a. Lunch and dinner during camp
b. Band show shirt
c. Shoes & gloves (First pair only; Students must purchase replacements if lost.)
12. Band Socials (DJ for dances, food, etc.)
13. Miscellaneous other expenses, including clinician fees for workshops with students

Non Marchers

($50 each semester)
Purchase of Tuxes and Dresses for contest and concerts
Transportation of equipment to contests
Supplement cost for music
Maintenance of equipment
Entry fees for contests
Clinician fees for workshops with students
